Established in 1986, American Repair Specialists (ARS) has consistently demonstrated professionalism and dedication to quality customer service, support, and care which has earned this company continuous praise from clients and a great deal of customer goodwill. Having served thousands of corporations, small businesses, consumers, manufacturers, dealers, service centers, warranty and insurance companies, nationwide within the past sixteen years; we have achieved a reputation based on guaranteed customer satisfaction, reliability, quality service, and speedy turnaround time. The successes of ARS are attributed to perseverance of staff members, being good listeners, staying current with industry standards and market expectations, as well as taking maximum advantage of our fully automated and computerized operation with the new internet and technology age.

Services offered by ARS cover the entire range of consumer and professional lines in all computers, office machines, electronics and appliances. ARS employs twenty-seven personnel consisting of three managers, twenty technicians, and five administrative support staff. The front office staff is solely designated to address customer concerns and inquiries, while the technicians perform the daily on-site and in-shop repairs. Each technician has been cross-trained in at least two areas of specialty by most manufacturers. Factory training and industry certification for all of our technicians is of our utmost priorities. The technical group represents well in excess of one hundred years of combined experience in each field. We are proud to announce that we cover a thirty-five mile radius for on-site repairs and have drivers whom, on a daily basis, pick up and drop off products. Furthermore, our equipments, instruments, and technologies are of the highest state of the art and are constantly being updated, and their use for troubleshooting product by the technical staff is mandatory. We carry a large parts inventory to assure rapid turnaround repair time and customer satisfaction. All completed repairs are test-burned and rechecked to assure quality service and workmanship.
